Vesicular Adenitis, Seminal Vesiculitis

Seminal Vesiculitis can affect bulls and stallions. Several bacterial species have been isolated.

Species affected: Bovine, Equine

Symptoms: Anorexia (complete, partial); Dysuria, stranguria; Fever; Haemospermia; Internal abdominal mass, swellings, adhesions abdomen; Kyphosis; Lack of libido or erection; Lymphadenopathy; Male infertility; Pain in seminal vesicles; Reluctant to move; Rumen hypomotility, atony; Swelling (mass) in penis, prepuce, testes, scrotum, spermatic cord; Tenesmus, dyschezia;
